The Day has finally come!
Kids are dropped off at school, morning workout is done, I’ve got my trail mix next to me and just pumped to begin. Day 1 is going much better than I expected it would with no smoking. Mind over matter right? I got this.. I got this !

Today: Endurance
Wednesday: Strength, Back it down(30 mins)
Thursday: Endurance, Go, Rest, Repeat(30 mins)
Friday: Recovery Day( YAY!)
Saturday: Strength, Runner Stability(20 mins)
Sunday: Mobility, Motion to burn(30 mins)
I’ll soon be starting meal prepping and I’ll be posting that up as well.
