It’s Monday morning, and you are having that dreading sinking feeling that you have to get out of bed and face yet another day. Just the thought of lifting your head off the pillow is enough to make you cry. You can even fathom thinking any further, like to breakfast, or actually going out the house to work. If you are a stay at home parent, the though of having to drag the kids out of bed and get them ready for school and prepared for the day ahead could make you cry. For some, just the thought of opening your eyes could make you cry.
Well, this virtual hug is for you. You are doing the best you can with what you have. I just want to let you know you are not alone. You’ve got this! You may not be able to see it right now, but you are stronger than you could imagine. You are a beautiful human being, which in itself is actually amazing. You can breathe. Air is going in and out of your lung as you read this, without even thinking about it. You are alive!
No matter how hard life seems right now, and the struggles you face, this is not forever. Things can and will change at a moments notice. Just because this morning is bad, or last night was horrible, it will get better. You may not see it right now, but there is light at the end of that tunnel. The best moments of your life could be just around the next corner. The sun will shine again.
“Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the lights” Albus Dumbledore.
I am here to turn on the light for you, if you have forgotten. You have so much to offer the world, that you haven’t even thought of yet. It may not seem like it, but someone loves you, someone cares about you. You are never alone.
I hope you all have an amazing week, and much love sent out to all of you.
