You can get any of the 20 different flavours in single pack forms of 3 or 10. You can buy boxes of singles, or you can buy tubs. My personal fave is the blue ice flavour. They also have Starter kits which include a Shaker cup and 7 singles of different flavours if you can seem to choose one flavour to buy.
It is mostly geared towards gaming, but really this can be drank for a boost in focus and endurance throughout any part of your daily routine. The effects take about 10-15 mins to kick in and lasts for about 4-6 hours. The total bonus part is little sugar, and NO CRASH.
