This has to be one of the cheapest and easiest meals I know how to make. It is the perfect meal for a cold fall evening to warm you up. This is what We had for supper last night.

The cost to make this meal was $10.
Ground Beef was $5
2 Cans Of Vegetable Soup was $2
Pillsbury Pie Crust was $3
That is all in ingredients you need to make this lovely dish.
First you have to fry up the ground beef.

After it has browned up, you drain off any grease and return it to the frying pan, where you then mix in the 2 cans of vegetable soup.

Once this is done, you can get the pie pan ready. I have always used a Pyrex dish for my pies because it is the best to place in the oven. You also need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for roughly an hour or until the crust is golden brown.

The Pillsbury Pie Crust comes with two sheets and one is used to cover the pie pan and the second one is used to cover the top of the pie.

Once you have covered the pie, you press around the edges to seal in all of the meaty goodness, and can cut off the excess pastry dough. Make sure to cut 4 slits in the top of the pie for venting to allow some heat to get out.
In the end, you come out with a beautiful pie to be eaten by itself, or you can make some stovetop gravy to pour over the top. Either way, it is a lovely cheap meal that can make at least 4 servings, depending on how large of a slice you wish to serve.
Happy Friday Everyone 🙂
